Made Gentle Signature Hair & Scalp Oil is vegan, lightweight, and cruelty-free hair treatment designed to promote hair growth and provide nutrition to your scalp. With a blend of plant-based ingredients such as Jojoba, Argan and Black Seed oils, this non-greasy oil is fast absorbing and provides a calming effect on the scalp.

Directions for safe use: Apply a few drops into palm and apply to hair strands. For a more targeted treatment apply directly to scalp. Oil can be used bi-weekly, nightly or as a pre-shampoo or hot oil treatment. Perform a 24 hour skin patch test before full application.
For a hot oil treatment: Apply oil to your hair & scalp after shampooing. Cover hair with a heated cap or sit under a hood dryer for 10-15 minutes. After desired treatment rinse out oil, condition & style as usual. Hot oil treatment can also be applied during deep conditioning; add oil to conditioner and complete the steps above.
Gentle Tip: Massage made gentle signature hair & scalp oil, into scalp using fingertips or head massager to increase circulation & improve benefits.
Note: For first use, pump the oil cap a few times to begin oil flow.

I have been using this product for a little over 30 days now and I am in love! After battling chemo and radiation and surgeries my hair has finally started to grow back. Thanks to Alexis it’s not only growing back but it’s flourishing! My edges has always been a little thin so I was concerned when my hair started to grow back but not really my edges. Purchased at the Chicago Black Women's Expo. Didn’t start using right away but when I did, I noticed a difference in just a few uses. I am mixed race and have fine straight to curly hair. If I let it air dry it’s fairly curly but any oil, heat or tension will flatten it out. This product does not make my scalp oily and isn’t heavy on my hair. I am noticing new growth in the thinning area where I always part my hair. I will try to add before and after photos after using for a while.

This stuff is amazing! As the weather changes and the air gets dry, my scalp starts to dry out and becomes itchy. The other night before bed I rubbed the oil into my scalp and within minutes the itch went away. By morning it felt so hydrated and back to normal!

It's official: my Aveda and Olaplex hair oils will be stepping aside for Made Gentle. It is the best-working and best-smelling hair oil I have ever used. I got a chance to discover this brand at BeautyCon and I am so glad I did! Even though my hair is fine, most hair oils don't feel like they truly hydrate but this one does! I use it add shine and seal my ends and unlike with other oils, with Made Gentle they stay sealed. (Also, did I mention how good it smells? I would buy it for the spa-smell experience alone!) I love that this is made by a scientist founder-formulator with natural ingredients and not a giant corporation that uses who-knows-what. So many wins in one bottle.

This oil + a protective style = healthy hair. I absolutely love this oil, it smells great and allows my hair to grow and shine while I wear a protective style. It has also been a staple for postpartum shedding! 10/10
