I first tried Made Gentle in March of 2023. I used it to keep my scalp oiled with my protective styles and thicken my edges. I can honestly say this has been the best hair oil and food for my hair and scalp! I used that bottle until the VERY LAST DROP! The best to ever do it!

I have been using this product for a little over 30 days now and I am in love! After battling chemo and radiation and surgeries my hair has finally started to grow back. Thanks to Alexis it’s not only growing back but it’s flourishing! My edges has always been a little thin so I was concerned when my hair started to grow back but not really my edges. That has changed thanks to this amazing oil. I can’t say thank you enough! I highly recommend.

Purchased at the Chicago Black Women's Expo. Didn’t start using right away but when I did, I noticed a difference in just a few uses. I am mixed race and have fine straight to curly hair. If I let it air dry it’s fairly curly but any oil, heat or tension will flatten it out. This product does not make my scalp oily and isn’t heavy on my hair. I am noticing new growth in the thinning area where I always part my hair. I will try to add before and after photos after using for a while.

This stuff is amazing! As the weather changes and the air gets dry, my scalp starts to dry out and becomes itchy. The other night before bed I rubbed the oil into my scalp and within minutes the itch went away. By morning it felt so hydrated and back to normal!
I love the fragrance, too. It’s so calming & I love that it’s so carefully crafted using the best ingredients!

It's official: my Aveda and Olaplex hair oils will be stepping aside for Made Gentle. It is the best-working and best-smelling hair oil I have ever used. I got a chance to discover this brand at BeautyCon and I am so glad I did! Even though my hair is fine, most hair oils don't feel like they truly hydrate but this one does! I use it add shine and seal my ends and unlike with other oils, with Made Gentle they stay sealed. (Also, did I mention how good it smells? I would buy it for the spa-smell experience alone!) I love that this is made by a scientist founder-formulator with natural ingredients and not a giant corporation that uses who-knows-what. So many wins in one bottle.

I am in love with this oil! It is great for everyone in the family! My son, daughter, myself, and my husband all use it and have enjoyed the results. It is light and leaves our hair feeling soft and smelling lovely. It has become a regular part of my sons hair routine and he receives lots of compliments on how healthy and shiny his curls look. I love that it’s safe and gentle enough for kids but also works just as well for adults. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to add a high quality product to their hair routine!

This oil + a protective style = healthy hair. I absolutely love this oil, it smells great and allows my hair to grow and shine while I wear a protective style. It has also been a staple for postpartum shedding! 10/10

I love the Made Gentle Signature Hair & Scalp Oil! It’s super lightweight and doesn’t weigh down my hair. It makes wash days so much easier and leaves my hair feeling so healthy and nourished. I’ve also noticed growth since I’ve been using it. I use it for my hair and my daughters hair and my Husband uses it as well. It’s a staple in our hair care routines. Highly recommend!

I use the oil more after I wash my hair. I don’t like to put any oil in my hair if I’ve been working out and stuff a lot because my hair is already oily but it has helped a lot with breakage and my hair feels softer all the time now, so that’s been incredibly nice and I also mix it with peppermint oil that I use for my scalp so that’s also been really nice for my scalp and helping with the breakage so obviously I can’t wait for what you bring out next because it’ll just replace everything else I have now.

Ever since I started using this oil my hair is so much softer and has such a great shine! I’ve always struggled with damaged hair/split ends/frizzy hair/dry scalp, and I’ve definitely noticed a huge difference once I started using this oil. I found it works best on my hair when I apply it to my scalp and ends after I shower, and applying it to my ends before I style my hair. I also love using it as a scalp treatment!! I’m OBSESSED with this oil and can’t wait to keep seeing results!

The hair and scalp oil is amazing! My 3C hair tends to be dry and my curls also tend to be in the frizzy side. The oil has helped tame the frizziness and most importantly, it has locked in the moisture my hair and scalp needed so desperately!
