First of all, it smells amazing! Second, it is light and smooth, but thick enough to make my scalp feel moisturized without feeling oily or heavy. Definitely a big fan!

My mom and I purchased the hair oil after learning about the ingredients the founder used and her story about her grandmother. I've always had thin edges due to alopecia, I've been applying the oil bi- weekly and I am starting to see growth where I was completly bald.

I met this brand during beauty con when I was struggling with oils and moisturizer that broke me out along my beard line. They let me give it a try in person and my skin loved this oil. It has been not only great for hydrating my beard, but hydrating my hair when I want a good leave and go style. I really appreciate the thought and care that went into this product. .

I first tried Made Gentle in March of 2023. I used it to keep my scalp oiled with my protective styles and thicken my edges. I can honestly say this has been the best hair oil and food for my hair and scalp! I used that bottle until the VERY LAST DROP! The best to ever do it!

Purchased at the Chicago Black Women's Expo. Didn’t start using right away but when I did, I noticed a difference in just a few uses. I am mixed race and have fine straight to curly hair. If I let it air dry it’s fairly curly but any oil, heat or tension will flatten it out. This product does not make my scalp oily and isn’t heavy on my hair. I am noticing new growth in the thinning area where I always part my hair. I will try to add before and after photos after using for a while.

This stuff is amazing! As the weather changes and the air gets dry, my scalp starts to dry out and becomes itchy. The other night before bed I rubbed the oil into my scalp and within minutes the itch went away. By morning it felt so hydrated and back to normal!

It's official: my Aveda and Olaplex hair oils will be stepping aside for Made Gentle. It is the best-working and best-smelling hair oil I have ever used. I got a chance to discover this brand at BeautyCon and I am so glad I did! Even though my hair is fine, most hair oils don't feel like they truly hydrate but this one does! I use it add shine and seal my ends and unlike with other oils, with Made Gentle they stay sealed. (Also, did I mention how good it smells? I would buy it for the spa-smell experience alone!) I love that this is made by a scientist founder-formulator with natural ingredients and not a giant corporation that uses who-knows-what. So many wins in one bottle.

I am in love with this oil! It is great for everyone in the family! My son, daughter, myself, and my husband all use it and have enjoyed the results. It is light and leaves our hair feeling soft and smelling lovely. It has become a regular part of my sons hair routine and he receives lots of compliments on how healthy and shiny his curls look. I love that it’s safe and gentle enough for kids but also works just as well for adults. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to add a high quality product to their hair routine!
